The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and markets. Plus, the complimentary airport shuttle made getting to the hotel hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice and recommendations for our romantic escape. The rooftop was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The room facilities were a bit worn out and could use some updating. The furnishings felt a bit tired and could be more comfortable.

During my recent stay at a charming riad in Marrakesh, I had the pleasure of experiencing really good service. The staff were very good too assist me with anything I needed, making my stay enjoyable. The riad itself was situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the medina. The room was beautifully decorated and appeared to be recently renovated. It was a perfect choice for my family trip.

Although the riad could improve by providing more excursion options, such as hammams, and by offering recommendations based on the length of stay, these were minor drawbacks in an otherwise excellent experience.
